Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your service appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Cancellation (Less than 2 hours): A cancellation fee of ₹199 may apply.

No-Show: If our technician arrives and you are not available, a fee of ₹199 will be charged.

Technician Cancellation: If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you at least 1 hour in advance with no charges.

2. Refund Policy for Services

Service Not Rendered: Full refund if service is cancelled before technician dispatch.

Unsatisfactory Service: If the same issue persists after our service and we cannot resolve it, partial refund may be considered based on assessment.

Wrong Diagnosis: If the issue was misdiagnosed and we cannot fix it, no charges apply.

Inspection Fee: The ₹299 inspection fee is non-refundable once the technician has visited your location.

3. Refund Policy for AMC Plans

Within 7 Days of Purchase: Full refund minus any services already availed.

Between 7-30 Days: Pro-rata refund minus administrative fee of ₹500 and services availed.

After 30 Days: No refund for AMC plans as services are ongoing.

AMC Renewal: Refund requests for renewed plans follow same timeline from renewal date.

4. Refund Policy for Spare Parts

Defective Parts: Full replacement or refund if part is found defective within 7 days of installation.

Wrong Part Ordered: Refund only if part is returned unused within 7 days (shipping costs deducted).

Installed Parts: No refund for parts that have been installed and used.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your service request number or AMC ID
3. Explain the reason for refund request
4. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
• UPI/Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
• Cash Payment: Refund by bank transfer or cheque

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Inspection fee after technician visit (₹299)
• Call-out charges for no-show appointments (₹199)
• Installed filters and membranes (unless defective)
• AMC plans after 30 days of purchase
• Emergency service surcharges (if applicable)

8. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Rescheduling with less than 1 hour notice may incur a ₹99 fee.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
