Welcome to WATER STORE ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our RO service, repair, installation, and AMC services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We provide professional RO water purifier services including but not limited to:
4.1. Service requests can be made via phone, website form, or WhatsApp.
4.2. A service confirmation will be sent within 30 minutes during business hours.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
5.1. Service charges start from ₹299 (inspection fee waived for online bookings).
5.2. Final charges depend on parts required and complexity of repair.
5.3. A quote will be provided before any work begins.
5.4. Payment can be made via cash, UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
5.5. All prices are inclusive of GST as applicable.
6.1. All repairs come with a 90-day service warranty on the same issue.
6.2. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors, or tampering.
6.3. AMC plans have specific coverage as outlined in the plan details.
7.1. Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled appointment.
7.2. Rescheduling requires at least 1 hour notice.
7.3. No-shows may incur a cancellation fee of ₹199.
8.1. Provide accurate information about the issue.
8.2. Ensure access to the RO unit for service.
8.3. Backup water supply during extended repairs.
8.4. Follow maintenance guidelines provided by our technicians.
9.1. Maximum liability is limited to the service charge paid.
9.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9.3. Water quality improvement depends on existing water conditions.
10.1. AMC is valid for one year from date of purchase.
10.2. Services are provided during regular business hours.
10.3. Emergency calls outside AMC scope may incur additional charges.
10.4. AMC renewal must be done before expiry for continuous coverage.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
